  • Free standard shipping on all eligible orders within the United States

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost

Delivery Time:

  • Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after processing

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier

Order Tracking:

  • Tracking information is provided once your order ships

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update

Address Accuracy:

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Lost or Delayed Packages:

  • If your package is delayed or marked delivered but not received, contact us

  • We will assist in working with the carrier to resolve the issue

Large or Specialty Orders:

  • Oversized, heavy, or custom items may require additional handling time

  • JBL Pro and custom-order products may involve scheduled delivery or coordination
